desillusion nonverbal communication

Whether standing still or moving, we can't do without communicating. But how is our behavior and our self-perception as well as the perception of others with regard to interpersonal relationships influenced by our emotions and experiences? How does our reality compose itself, and what kind of effects do fears and inhibitions have on it? The aim of this paper is to present an overview of the basics of perception, especially how it changes in shyness and anxiety situations, and to list the negative as well as positive sides. The resulting distortion of perception will be transformed into a subtle form of non-verbal communication and then serve as a design basis for material development and the creation of the silhouette.
